At LAVISH, we believe every patient deserves time, attention, and the opportunity for meaningful discussions. In a typical 10-minute appointment, it’s nearly impossible to go beyond routine exams to address deeper issues like improving sleep, reducing breast cancer risk through lifestyle changes, or optimizing overall health.

By stepping outside the constraints of insurance, we can dedicate the time needed to deliver personalized, thoughtful care tailored to your unique needs. While this model requires a different payment approach, it ultimately promotes better health, reduces future medical costs, and empowers you to take control of your well-being.
Initial Consultation $500
A 60-90 minute comprehensive evaluation to create a personalized wellness plan.
Follow-Up Visit (3 weeks) $375
Review results and refine your plan with Dr. Potter-McQuilkin in a 45-minute session.
Maintenance Visits (1-3 months) $350
Ongoing wellness check-ups to optimize your health and address new concerns.
Annual Well Woman Examination $450
The Annual Well-Woman Exam is a comprehensive checkup designed to support your overall health and wellness. During this visit, Dr. Potter-McQuilkin will review your medical history, lifestyle, and health concerns, and if needed, perform routine screenings, a pelvic exam, and a breast exam to monitor gynecological and general health. This proactive, personalized care addresses menstrual health, hormonal balance, sexual health, and preventive care, with time to discuss any midlife concerns. This exam empowers you to stay informed to maintain a strong foundation for wellness all year.

​LAVISH Lifestyle and Weight Management Membership Program $250/month*

Our Lifestyle and Weight Management Program is designed to provide you with the support, guidance, and accountability needed to achieve sustainable weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. You’ll work closely with the doctor to assess your progress, make targeted adjustments, and refine your approach to achieve lasting results.
Each evaluation includes an in-depth assessment of your current weight management plan, personalized goal setting, and adjustments to nutrition, physical activity, and lifestyle strategies as needed. This program also incorporates prescription medications when appropriate, which are filled through our partnered pharmacy and conveniently shipped directly to you (medication costs are separate). Membership includes sample meal plans, along with a grip strength assessment and body composition analysis, available only for in-person visits (not available for telehealth).
